Beulah Community Improvement Corporation (”BCI”) is organized under the District of Columbia Nonprofit Corporation Act, exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

BCI was originated sixteen years ago to address the growing community improvement needs in the Deanwood Heights community. The organization's vision is to continually provide a diverse array of amenities to serve Far Northeast neighborhood residents and surrounding communities.
